Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) has appointed Xolani Sithole as its international logistics divisional head, a position that requires him to help navigate the company through one of the most challenging periods in history.
As an accounting graduate from Wits University, Sithole brings to the role a wealth of financial management and logistics experience, having held positions of responsibility at some of South Africa's leading companies. He began his career with Deloitte as a trainee accountant in 2006 and soon took on positions with Sebenza Forwarding & Shipping as group financial manager and later managing director, and Otis before joining BIL as an international logistics executive in 2019.
