Calvin Poole appointed executive chef at Park Inn by Radisson

Calvin Poole has been appointed as the new executive chef at Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore. Poole, who has worked and served in the culinary industry for the past nine years, assumed the role this month.

Poole regards his new role as a 'learning environment for everyone' and sees the hotel's kitchen as an innovative space for his staff, where they can enhance their knowledge and skills about food. "All of the elements also won't be my own. It will be a combined team effort to produce an unforgettable and tantalizing food experience at the hotel," Poole said.
