GreenOvation supports small business growth and entrepreneurs in South Africa and the Start-Up Hand-Up campaign is a bid to curb the mortality rate of small businesses which is around 12-18 months! So in our country, small businesses could still be in start-up phase, even after five years.

If the NDP is accurate and SMMEs are touted to deliver on the jobs needed in our economy, they need all the support they can get. Why? Because they are facilitating skills training and developing, they are creating job opportunities, in some case, even more than big business.
