Junior IT Administrator

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in line with security policies.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for IT processes, systems, and procedures.
• Support software updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration.

• Two+ years IT administration experience 
• Matric qualification 
• Microsoft 365 fundamentals (required)
• Microsoft 365 endpoint administrator (preferred not required)
• Microsoft 365 administrator essential (preferred not required)
• A+ N+ (required)
• Own reliable transport is an inherent part of the job
• Good time management and communication skills
