The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) is seeking five CRM interns for a twelve-month contract.

Position: Intern - CRM (12 months contract, 5 posts)
Salary: R10,000 per month

Role description:

The CRM intern will support customer relationship management and service delivery processes. Responsibilities include handling administrative duties, answering incoming calls, managing WhatsApp queries and admin emails, assisting walk-in clients, and reporting to the CRM manager.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant qualification in customer relations management or a related field
• Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service/relations and administrative roles
