Job Description:

As the Event Manager/Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events for our prestigious clients. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to ensure seamless event execution from concept through to post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, vendor management, and accommodation.
• Build and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Work closely with blue-chip clients to understand their objectives and deliver events that meet and exceed expectations.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Maintain strict event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure all tasks are executed promptly and professionally.
• Oversee on-site event setup, management, and teardown, handling any challenges with efficiency and composure.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements.
• Keep up with industry trends to continuously refine our event offerings.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of proven experience in managing events for blue-chip clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
