Senior Azure Data Scientist

Are you a passionate Senior Data Scientist ready to tackle cutting-edge AI and Data Science challenges? We're seeking an expert to design and develop Machine Learning (ML) and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure.

You'll work with large datasets, build predictive models, and integrate insights into business operations to drive impactful decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to set up and manage Data Lakes, create real-time data pipelines, and optimize model performance through advanced data engineering techniques.

With 5+ years of experience in Data Science, proficiency in Python, Spark, Power BI, and Azure services, you'll play a key role in delivering AI solutions that achieve 85%+ accuracy levels.

Your expertise in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models will contribute to groundbreaking projects that transform business processes. Experience with IoT data pipelines and providing training for IT and business users will be a strong advantage.

Do you qualify?

• Relevant degree (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
• Five-plus years software development experience
• More than two projects using Azure Data Analytics
• Two projects using Power BI for data visualization.
• Four projects in Data Lake setup and management.
• Four projects in delivering data analytics with accuracy levels above 85%.
• More than two projects in supervised machine learning models.
• More than two projects in unsupervised machine learning models.
• More than two AI projects that involve integrating results into operations.

The Reference Number for this position is BRM60241 which is a 18-Month Contract position based in Sandton, Johannesburg offering a contract rate of up to R700 Per Hour negotiable on experience and ability.
