Gateway Theatre of Shopping is launching 'The Tweens' Board', an advisory council of 12 children, aged 8-13, which will work closely with Gateway's marketing team during the April school holidays. The board has been hand-selected from schools in and around the greater Umhlanga area, and responsibilities will include market research; measuring the success of events, entertainment and movies; and presenting general centre feedback. In return, they will be shown integral aspects of shopping centre management and will receive VIP treatment at all functions and special discounts at selected venues throughout the centre.
