MTNSMS.com, who had to discontinue its service to millions of international subscribers, is back in operation, offering short message services to MTN subscribers in South Africa only. An announcement is expected in April detailing the future of the site. MTNSMS.com was claimed by MTN to be the largest SMS site in the world with over 7 million users.
