NBA game highlighted in mall campaign

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is playing its first game in South Africa and, as part of the marketing campaign around 'Team World vs Team Africa', TLC was called on to increase awareness of this inaugural event.

"We're thrilled to be involved in marketing this event," says TLC's joint MD Greg Bruwer. "Our advertising campaign has been targeted to the Sandton and Rosebank areas, where life sized images of the NBA players have been applied on door wraps in cinema washrooms in Sandton and Rosebank and walkway billboards in Sandton City, creating impact.

"The campaign has been targeted at basketball enthusiasts and sports fans. This project has been a great example of strategic geo-targeting and has demonstrated our ability to provide a top quality campaign in a very short time frame," concludes Bruwer.
