Pioneer renews cautionary

Pioneer Food (PFG) today, Monday 19 September 2011, said it had entered into discussions, which if successfully concluded, could have a material effect on its share price. Shareholders were accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company's securities until a full announcement was made.
