BBC pay list causes stir

Mail Online reports that BBC has released a list of its top 100 paid on-screen stars. The list has caused BBC staff to become furious when finding out how much they earn in comparison to their colleagues.

High-profile female broadcasters have expressed their disgust about the emerging gender pay gap and many are using the hashtag #notonthelist on Twitter in protest.

BBC is also facing backlash because of the exclusion of Graham Norton's full earnings.
