Campaign to make a difference globally

August 2008 marks the launch of the M.A.D (Make a Difference) World global campaign, which aims to inspire people to make a difference to themselves, to others and to the planet. 108 M.A.D World hearts are moving across the globe, being handed to famous people and not so famous people. Each heart has a unique number and can be tracked, real time, on www.lovemad.org. Individuals who receive the heart are invited to visit the site, plot their heart on the M.A.D World map, make a difference, share their M.A.D act online and then pass the heart on to someone else. The site also offers over 1000 suggestions of user-generated ways to make a difference, including inspiring stories from around the world.
