Handbag guide to running

Runner’s World, in association with Spar Woman’s 10km challenge Series, has published the Runner’s World Handbag Guide to Running, edited by Sue Dickson, assistant editor on Runner’s World magazine. The 48-page guide will be distributed in all race packs throughout the Spar series, which is scheduled in five major cities in South Africa and is expected to attract 48 000 women.
