Made by Bonny van Niekerk, who heads up the red winemaking team at the Zonnebloem cellars in Stellenbosch, this wine has a moderate alcohol level of 13.23% and owes its smooth mouthfeel and solid structure to the 12 months' contact with French oak. The Zonnebloem Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 retails from R60 at leading wine outlets.
