Second round of bidding for SNO

Icasa spokesperson, Siyabonga Madyibi, says he is confident that the newly begun second round of bidding for 51% equity stake in the SNO (Second Network Operator) will be succesful. The first round yielded no successful bidders. Prospective bidders are expected to submit their applications by the end of this month with the following 60 days being devoted to the bidding and evaluation processes.
