When Starcom heard about the imminent closure of the Pretoria Child Welfare, the team adopted this cause and went in search of some much-needed funding. Starcom approached SABC and e-tv to donate unsold commercial airtime and found a willing buyer in Ferrero Rocher, raising R150 000 in cash.
