Legendary Sir Frank Lowe retires

Lowe & Partners Worldwide has announced that agency founder Sir Frank Lowe, presently acting in a consultancy capacity as Non-Executive Chairman, is to retire from the company at the end of 2003. He will assume the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus. Adrian Holmes, Lowe's worldwide Chief Creative Officer, has been appointed network Chairman, working alongside network CEO Jerry Judge and President Tim Lindsay. Terry Rosenquist has been named Vice Chairman.
