Touchline Media's Contact Centre was awarded the First Runner Up Ask Africa Award for Service Excellence at the annual Calling the Cape awards banquet held recently. Judges felt that the centre has a comprehensive strategy document with a holistic service excellence strategy in place focusing on customer service, which elevates Touchline Media's competitive positioning.
