CT Tourism, CrescentRating launch Chef Exchange Programme
Cape Town Tourism and CrescentRating have launched a Chef Exchange Programme in an effort to train more local chefs on the preparation of Halal food. Two chefs from Singapore, Muhammad Kamal and Javed Ahamad, will train and educate 37 Cape Town chefs on Halal gourmet cuisine.
