On 24 February 2011 an exhibition of some of South Africa's most important and prestigious female artists was launched at the acclaimed Barnard Gallery in Newlands. After a string of successful solo exhibitions, Christiaan Barnard decided to invite three of South Africa's internationally acclaimed female artists to present 'Self Conscious Reflections'.
Pamela Stretton, Eris Silke and Lyndi Sales all collaborate for the first time to showcase a selection of their works both from the past and present which will be on show until 13 April 2011.
