Media Tech Africa 2019 is a biennial trade show that brings creative thought to life within six verticals: broadcast - TV and radio; film and video production; digital media; pro-Audio - lighting - staging; audiovisual integration; and studio - recording - DJ.

The 6 th annual Bokeh South African International Lifestyle & Fashion Film Festival Gala Awards took place this past weekend, 13 July at the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town.

A total of 173 Pencils were handed out at the 2019 D&AD New Blood Awards, which was held in London, England. Representing South African talent, Bernice Puleng Mosala of Vega School in Johannesburg received a Yellow Pencil for her Rexona #MoveAgainstAnxiety campaign.

The winners of the final instalment of the Apex Awards were recently announced in Johannesburg. Ogilvy South Africa and Kimberly-Clark received the Gold Apex and the Grand Prix for their 'Making them Move to Huggies' campaign.
