Same person simultaneously taking the awards,is it fair?

I know that there are a lot of people who love rebecca malope's music and so do i,but really now why cant those people who organise the sama stop her from being nominated? Like miss SA teen and SA,you only enter once.So that other potential upcoming artists can also showcase their talents and at the same time get the chance to be recognised across the country.But if only one person is being nominated,its like we are only focusing on that person and forgeting about other people who need that opportunity.Rebecca is now a brand,she's well recognised and loved.Why aren't new artists put together at the same standard to start building their reputations with one another where they are in a same position not with someone who's 5 steps ahead?Because obviosly when voting you only see rebecca's name and jst mark an x next to her name.Why cant we listen to the music not to the fact that we know her she's good and she's rebecca.People dont get me wrong,but she must step out and give those upcoming artist a chance to show their talents.
