Please Help....Are there any busuries for Graphic Design

I am desperately trying to help my brother further his talent and try and get him a busury to study Grahic design, we unfortunately are unable to afford tuition fee's. He completed his schooling at False Bay college in 2005 where they offered a creative course as part of his Matric, this was the real reason for us sending him to this college. This was also all that we could afford. We at the time thought that this would open some doors, unfortunatley it has not. I believe that my brother has talent and would make a great graphic designer, with the proper education. he has so much to offer, and is just looking for that break. He has in the mean time took what ever design job he could get. We know that if he gets a busury, he could get the proper training he needs. Please Help
