Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced
workshop foreman/production manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in
Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous performance gains.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a workshop foreman or production manager in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
