Eurobest 2010 introduces the Future Creative Leaders Programme
The course will be taking place in Hamburg, 5-8 December, and during the first two days participants will engage in intensive coursework and training offered by the Berlin School, which has built a global reputation with its innovative Executive MBA to train creative industry executives in their organisations. Once the festival is underway, the programme will continue with bespoke sessions, speeches and lectures guided by the Berlin School faculty as well as accessing Eurobest's full array of workshops and seminars featuring cutting-edge industry thinkers.
Making future creative leaders
"Future creative leaders are not born but made, and most often self-made through vision, analysis, motivation and introspection," says Michael Conrad, president of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. "In this time of growing challenges and complexity, future creative leaders must increasingly be able to communicate and manage change successfully. This intense programme will provide participants with concrete steps for advancing creative excellence in 2011."
Philip Thomas, CEO of Cannes Lions, organisers of Eurobest said, "Both Eurobest and the Berlin School of Creative Leadership are committed to raising the global standard in leadership education for the creative communication and media industries. Building on the great success of the inaugural Cannes Creative Leaders Programme, we are delighted to be teaming up again to launch the Eurobest Future Creatives Leaders Programme, offering a unique and rich four-day training course to help the development of the careers of those participating."
