    Ready for Digital Media Europe

    Andy Wiedlin is responsible for leading revenue growth and audience outreach at BuzzFeed, which has emerged as a leading social news organisation, focused on delivering original reporting, insight, and viral content across a rapidly expanding array of subject areas.

    Prior to joining BuzzFeed, Wiedlin was Senior Vice President of Sales at the Huffington Post, where he pioneered the concept of social news, built a successful sales team, developed a market strategy and defined social marketing products.

    Fernando Magalhães Portella leads one of the fastest growing private investment groups in Brazil, with total assets of US$ 43bn and net revenues of US$ 16bn. Before joining Jereissati, Portella served as the chief executive officer of Organização Jaime Camara, where he transformed the publishing company; his presentation will focus on how media businesses can run a truly end-to-end digital operation.
