AFDA films screened at the Cape Winelands Film Festival
A total of 6 AFDA films were selected to screened at the 2011 Cape Winelands Film Festival.
This year, Agter die Berge, Away from Me, Mune, Cake, Saving Sheep and Shebeen Queen were selected by the selection panel to be screened at the Festival.
The Festival runs from 16 - 26 March 2011 at the Oude Libertas open air amphitheatre and auditorium, and 3 other venues in Stellenbosch as well as CityVarsity cinema in Cape Town.

The Opening Night took place on the 16th of March at the Oude Libertas Amphitheatre in Stellenbosch, where The Minister of Arts & Culture, Premier of the Western Cape and the MEC, Arts and Culture was in attendance.
AFDA is a Private Higher Education Institution owned by Stadio Holdings, which offers Higher Certificate and Degree programmes that are registered by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
