The Athanor / Pam Golding Joint Venture, an SA based company specialising in the sourcing, marketing and management of offshore commercial property investments, is one of the companies showcased in the Personal Finance section of the exhibition.

Since the beginning of this year the Athanor / Pam Golding Joint Venture has facilitated the acquisition of UK commercial properties worth £30 million. While projected returns over an anticipated five year period are in the region of 10% sterling per annum, the company has managed to secure returns for investors well in excess of that.
