Polka Dots are mini milk-chocolate balls encased in brightly coloured crisp candy coating. They are ideal for baking and decorating cakes, biscuits and cup cakes. Staffords 70% Cocoa is the finest melting chocolate and described as ‘supreme dark, rich and decadent.' It is made especially for the company and consists almost entirely of cocoa mass, sucrose, and lecithin. The packaging highlights the high quality of the product and is itself dark and rich. The pack includes a delicious recipe for soft-centred chocolate cups.
