PAYM8 celebrates sixth year of M-Commerce enablement

The service known as Mascom's VISA 109 Direct Top-Up enables Mascom customers to do an airtime top-up or pay their bills directly from their mobile phone using a debit or credit card.

Mascom's 109 Direct Top-Up Solution has been powered by the PAYM8 platform since February 2004.

PAYM8, a PCI DSS (Payments Card Industry Data Security Standard) and VISA certified Mobile-Commerce and Financial Collections company, is based in Johannesburg and adopts an ASP (Application Service Provider) model processing transactions from Namibia, Botswana and South Africa via their hosted facility in Pretoria.
