M-Net Television Awards for Good (TAG) announced

The annual M-Net Television Awards for Good (TAG) were announced on Wednesday 5 December 2012 at the Kyalami Racecourse, honouring public service announcement (PSA) ads.

At the awards, Big Fish PSAs walked away with three special mentions in the newcomer category. Mduduzi Janda for best editor for the film Ubuntu Has No Borders made for the "Action for Conflict Transformation" charity; Driving Blind, for client "Arrive Alive" saw Mamta Ramjee being recognised for best concept; and best sound design mention went to Musa Maluleke for Fighting Homophobia, produced for the "Forum for the Empowerment of Women" (FEW).

A further two Big Fish productions were selected, along with these, to be broadcast on M-Net in 2013 - Re-educate Literacy for "Readucate" and Changing Lives Through Sport for "Score".
