The reality TV show pits 14 of some of South Africa's most handsome men against each other in a series of challenges designed to showcase their ruggedness, sophistication, physical and mental strengths and even their softer side.
Contestants participate in a variety of challenges at various local and international destinations in their bid to clinch the title of Bar-One Man. They will be eliminated through a combination of voting mechanics. The show runs weekly from January to March 2010.
