
SABC CEO resigns
Speculation has been mounting over the past week that SABC CEO Lulama Mokhobo has resigned, but until now, it appears there has been some uncertainty. Mail & Guardian reports however, that the SABC is due to confirm Mokhobo's resignation shortly.

The South African Broadcasting Corporation was unable or refused to confirm whether or not Mokhobo has resigned, but TechCentral has just confirmed that she has indeed stepped down and that the SABC will confirm her resignation today, just two years into her five-year term.
Meanwhile, Mail & Guardian has confirmed Mokhobo has resigned.
