“The hospitality industry requires establishments to consistently reinvent themselves and adapt to the pace at which the industry changes, particularly as the industry is continuing to grow in the country. At the Menlyn Boutique Hotel, we endeavour to adapt and change by adopting new trends so that we can better service our guests,” explains Quintin Wiehahn, managing director of WH Leisure Group.

    Refining design

With the expansion of The Black Bamboo Kitchen, head chef Pellie Grobler explains: “The pastry kitchen has been a long-term dream for us and was something we knew we had to invest in. Since the completion of the renovations, we have created wonderful dishes in the new kitchen. This further adds to our commitment to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.”
