KAMERS/Makers returns

KAMERS/Makers returns in September following its first show at St Johns' College in April. The show will take the ever-growing community of the country's creative, innovative and exciting 'makers' to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria.

This new Spring show is a response to the ever-growing demand in Gauteng for hand-crafted, passionately made products - bought directly from those who make them.

KAMERS/Makers returns

As SA’s most dynamic pop-up retail platform, KAMERS/Makers will once again bring brand new creative entrepreneurs into the retail world in a uniquely supportive and nurturing environment.

The Johannesburg show will take place at the brand new Galleria venue in Kramerville, Sandton. The Galleria show will be followed by the Winelands show, which is moving from Webersburg (it’s home of the past three years) to a new space at Anura Vineyards near Klapmuts – just 500m off the N1 and 15 minutes from Stellenbosch.

KAMERS/Makers will close the year with their signature show at the Open Window/Southdowns College venue in Irene, drawing the curtain on their 14th year.

The sponsor, Absa, will partner with the show in a cashless system - the future of pop-up retail. Absa will also be showcasing their new banking technologies at KAMERS.

Attendees may also expect to meet Incub8 traders, young entrepreneurs who are mentored through the launch of their fledgling business into the mainstream by KAMERS.
