Grand CD's debut album on sale
Grand Cafe, Rooms & Beach's debut album, The Grand Beach Collection, has been launched and provides a mix of sound that combines eclecticism and sophistication, drifting between soft melodic sounds and free-spirited grooves.
From the likes of the ambient drift of Ancient Dream to more upbeat grooves such as Life's a Beach - The Grand Beach Collection celebrates the chic coastal ambience to be found at all three Grand destinations.
The Grand is based on a concept where boho-chic meets retro-romance and takes its inspiration from the "worldly traveller" with its three destinations: the Grand Café & Rooms in Plettenberg Bay, the Grand Café in Camps Bay and the Grand Beach and Café in Granger Bay.
Inspired by Grand Cafe's locations
Mixed by DJ/music producer Ian Dallas, The Grand Beach Collection features 13 original tracks, all inspired by the Grand Cafe's locations and the romantic flair to be found within the Grand philosophy.
"Music has the power to transport a person into a different place and time and with this album we hope to capture the ambience of the Grand's destinations while taking listeners on a journey of discovery," said Dallas.
The "Grand Beach Collection" can be purchased at the Gallery Boadicea at the Grand Café and Beach, Granger Bay close to the V&A Waterfront.
The Grand Beach Collection is available at the Grand Galley Boadicea at the Grand Café and Beach in Granger Bay, Cape Town.
