In Goldfish Submerged Sundays, the act takes up residency and performs exclusively at the Cape Town venue for nine consecutive weeks. This season will feature superstar international guests including Lexer (Berlin) and Wankelmut (Berlin) with more to be announced soon.
Sundays aren't the only party days at Shimmy though, as the venue's just launched its summer campaign: Summer Calling. Ten weekends filled with great party nights on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting at 5pm. Friday nights are entitled 'Shimmy Anthems', with Vol.1 kicking off on Friday, 5 December. Saturday's 'Shimmy Pool Party' events launch on 29 November. Shimmy Anthems and Shimmy Pool Party will feature top international DJs like Chriss Vargas (France); Camilo Franco (Ibiza); DJ Bijan (UK); Gareth Kenward (SA); Sox (SA); Sammi Morales (Sweden) and many more. (No under-18s).
