The publicity surrounding Rajah's showing in July was huge both here and in fashion and lifetsyles journals throughout Europe, and Visa certainly positioned themselves as a brand on top of the biggest trend in SA marketing for years.
January 2007 sees the Pret A Porter Collections hit the runways in Paris, and once again Rajah will be representing Africa. Renowned as designer of the most glamorous garments to come out this country, Gavin is fast gaining a reputation in Europe not only with his design collection but also with AccesStar his accessory line launching in Europe imminently and seen on the runway at CT Fashion Week. To show Paris that there is more to SA fashion than Gavin Rajah, Rajah will be accompanied in January by Malcolm Kluk and his collection.
