The show must and did go on in CT

The Queen It's a Kinda Magic tour kicked off the Cape town leg in the Mother City on Wednesday, 29 October at the Artscape. It was a brilliant performance by all involved as they rocked out all the well-known and loved numbers from the legendary band and left an imprint never to be forgotten on the music scene of the starting from the 70s right through to the early 90s.
The show must and did go on in CT

Mitch Cairns, Travis Hair, Brett Millican and Craig Pesco bring Queen back to life with a brilliant performance getting the audience up from their comfy seats, clappy and dancing and stomping their feet like they were back in the prime of their youth. Craig Pesco kept everyone thrilled as he pulled off the Freddie impersonation to perfection and no less can be expected from a man who lives, breathes and dines on the history of Queen and Freddie. Other members of the band encompassed their characters just as well with solo performances from each member that electrified the opera house. Travis Hair, who takes on the role of Brian May was exceptional for me and did more than capture the sound of the lead guitarist, he brought to life the very essence of this execptional musician.

The crowd refused to leave without an encore performance of “Bohemian Rhapsody” and after relentless applause they got their reward. It was truly a magically show and we could not have asked for more. The legend of this awesome rock band will live on through these fantastic performers who've been around the world spreading the “Radio Ga Ga.”
