Jameson Gold Reserve is a unique blend of three pot-still whiskeys of advanced years, each matured separately. Two different whiskeys were traditionally matured in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and the third was, unusually, matured in American virgin oak casks. Jameson Gold is a whiskey of exceptional harmony with a rich pot-still character. The choice of virgin oak accounts for both its honey-toasted sweetness and creamy spiciness. Jameson 12 Year Old Special Reserve abounds with rich pot-still flavours and remains true to the Jameson tradition of maturing fine whiskey in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This 12 Year Old Special Reserve is a premium blend of special reserve whiskeys aged for a minimum of 12 years. The whiskey is of honey golden textures with a smooth rounded body.
