    Get CookingByNumbers!

If you're like me and have not been schooled in the fine art of cooking a delicious wholesome meal, look no further, help is here. While trawling through your inbox you're bound to find a few interesting links here and there amid the myriad of mails from friends and family featuring some cute fuzzy sparkling creature wanting to give you and hug or even a kiss and threathens you to pass it on or else. While these mails are sweet and cute and pretty they're also thoughtless so I don't spend much time actually reading the poems written in fancy font or pass them on for that matter. But once in a blue moon, someone sends you something useful.

When it comes to the kitchen I enjoy a good tip or two or ten. I like experimenting with stuff in my kitchen and I must admit most of the time my spontaneous recipes have resulted in a delectable meal. Our human resources sent out the coolest link of the day today to a website called CookingByNumbers.com. This wonderful site provides an area where you tick the items you have in your fridge and cupboard and it in turn provides you with some meal ideas with the recipes attached. TRY IT! It also gives you recipes and tells you the ingredients you are missing.

You're thinking, now that's way cool at this point. But wait, there's more! A feature on this site called Skills by Numbers provides you with the step-by-step process to do just about anything in the kitchen. From How to boil an egg to How to brule.

And suddenly the world seems a better place...
