Nick Turner and Dave van den Linden will be complementing Gourmet Boerie's trendy and casual vibes with tunes that range from rock, reggae and African, to hip hop and jazz. Turner's guitar style and infectious voice combined with Dave's eccentric and bluesy approach makes for an appealing duo, catering to an eclectic variety of music fanatics.
For the passionate foodie with a varied range of tastes, Gourmet Boerie is exclusively offering four unique specials for the month of November. To satisfy the savoury and sweet needs, for only R110, the Birthday Special offers a selection of Gourmet Boerie's seven mini rolls, ranging from its sweet and spicy Tomato Madness to its seasonal The Hangover.
Complementing these mini rolls is a serving of the original shoestring fries and a mini dessert platter, presenting a trio of classic delicacies.
The Birthday Special is available from Monday to Friday fro the month of November, and comes along with two Craft or SAB beers. For those who crave a simple yet gourmet dish, Gourmet Boerie offers its Old Skool Boerie with fries and a BOS Ice Tea for only R30, any day of the week.
On Saturdays, kick back, relax, watch the weekend's rugby matches and indulge in Gourmet Boerie's Saturday Special, which offers any gourmet boerie, Shoestring Chips and a beer for only R55.
