Mahala, Assembly launch Debuts & Experiments party

Mahala, in association with The Assembly, will be hosting its inaugural Debuts & Experiments party this weekend, Saturday, 18 February 2012, featuring a lineup that you probably haven't seen before. Curated by Mahala's big cheese Roger Young, the event will host Manqoba, Oxblood, MacGyver Knife, Exorsistahs and one other act. Best part of all - if you're penniless - it's free!

The Debuts & Experiments party will be a semi-regular event designed to help musicans get a foot through the Assembly door, and get heard. The drawcard is that Red Bull Studios reps will be hanging out at the event in case anyone deserves a record deal. But wait! There's more! Young will be reviewing the gig - so expect a riveting read once all is said and done.
