The purpose of the conference is to raise money to continue to distribute Young, the business and career magazine targeted at South Africa's youth, at no cost to schools in poor areas. Young people growing up in these areas need it most and can least afford the publication. The cost of these free copies is exceptionally high and it has become impossible to continue to do so. The funds generated by the Succeed Management Conferences are therefore essential to continue supplying free copies to these schools.
