New business division for Tourvest Destination Management
Tourvest Destination Management has introduced a second business division, focusing on sports tourism and MICE business and housing all its brands and divisions currently active in these business sectors to ensure greater synergies and streamlining of systems and business opportunities.
This division now incorporates TEAM and Global Conferences Africa from TDM and Indo Jet and the TTS MICE division from Tourvest Travel Services.
Bryan Coetzee has been appointed as chief operating officer, effective 1 April 2011 and will spearhead the new division. Previously director, operations and procurement at TDM, he was very involved with its recent rebranding "I am an African" product range, offering ticketing, bed purchase and escorted touring to all markets. Bryan joined Tourvest Inbound as GM procurement in 2007 from Europcar, where he held the position of sales and marketing director.
