New scheduling software for event organisers
Launched by NFS Hospitality Corporation, this addition to its portfolio of hospitality software products is highly configurable to meet users' unique needs and is compatible with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari.
“It differs from traditional scheduling and facilities management software in its ability to manage hot desks, meeting rooms, car parking, visitors and videoconferences,” explains Sunil Menon, MD of NFS Hospitality.
Aims to save time and money
Although Outlook is the most widely used means of booking rooms and resources for events and meetings, there are certain limitations such as a lack of inventory management, double booking of resources, and no way of notifying service providers and decision-makers of cost and supply changes.
This, coupled with the current workspace challenges experienced by businesses today, means that the new software is designed to improve the way that many companies do business. It is designed to manage and coordinate space requirements at the same time providing an interface that is claimed to require little-to-no training, is simple, intuitive and fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
“This saves time and money by reducing operating costs, increasing productivity, streamlining operations, empowering employees and addressing many workspace challenges. Furthermore, in the global spirit of going green, it also reduces a company's carbon footprint,” concludes Menon.
