    Whisky Live Festival features Sensory Zone

    The FNB Whisky Live Festival, now in its seventh year, will take place in Cape Town at the CTICC (4-6 November 2009) and Johannesburg at the Sandton Convention Centre (11-14 November). An addition to this year's event is the Sensory Zone with gallery-designed pods offering music, aromas and colours.

    With the use of a ‘Whisky brochure' as their guide, visitors will journey through 10 top brands: Glenmorangie, The Macallan, Jack Daniels Single Barrel, Black Grouse, Tullamore Dew, Highland Park, Woodford, Drambuie, Irish Mist and Ardbeg. They stand a chance to win a beautifully crafted Weylandts wall cabinet fully stocked with each of the 10 brands on offer.

    “A balance between brand emersion, education and sensory indulgence, the Sensory Zone is a contemporary and modern space that reflects the premium and luxurious nature of a few of the finest whisky brands represented by RGBC,” says Mike Minkley, marketing director at The Really Great Brand Company (RGBC).

    The FNB Whisky Live Festival has over 16 500 visitors each year to experience the world of whisky.
