Lucozade Zero ushers in a tasteful summer at the Fourways Farmers Market

As a means of addressing the evolving consumer patterns, which are anchored by a health/sugar agenda, Lucozade South Africa launched the new Lucozade Zero variant, which is targeted at health-conscious, sugar- and calorie-shy consumers.
On Sunday, the brand invaded the popular Fourways Farmers Market, treating guests actress Mbali Nkosi, radio DJs Ayanda MVP and Thabiso Makhubela, fashion bloggers Siya Beyile, King Aya, Khanyisile Khanyile and Lucille Gumbi to a sunny afternoon filled with Lucozade Zero cocktails, laughs and a lot of selfies.
“It has officially been a month since we launched the New Lucozade Zero in South Africa; a first for the brand. The launch of Lucozade Zero has enabled us to answer to the advanced consumer needs, while allowing the brand to adapt to the current market and consumer trends. We took over the Fourways Farmers Market to celebrate this huge milestone for the business,” said Qhawekazi Mdikane, Area Marketing Manager: Lucozade South Africa.
Fresh off being crowned “The Face of Summer” by LEGiT, Ayanda Thabethe had this to say at the event: “My hectic work schedule makes it a bit difficult for me to keep a healthy lifestyle, hence I’ve made a conscious decision to work out a little more and maintain a healthy routine. I’ve been enjoying Lucozade Zero as it has all the yumminess, without the calories. It’s perfect for a girl on the go like myself.”
