Respondents required for MBA thesis survey
Colin Daniels - former media man, MBA student and boutique digital agency owner - is currently conducting research on what attracts and motivates highly skilled workers to join technology start-up firms for his MBA thesis. He is looking for people with a tertiary qualification and at least two years' work experience to complete an interactive survey
The survey is completely anonymous and should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, respondents will be shown which job attributes are most attractive to them, based on their responses.
Prior to doing an MBA in entrepreneurship at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) at the University of Pretoria, Daniels held various executive positions including head of digital at Auto Trader and publisher of The Times Online (now Times Live). He is also a former SAARF board member and, until recently, sat on the DMMA exco.
